Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of NeaMea Helpful Librarian, including the website or web application where users search for, review, and access information about third-party products, services, resources, or providers collectively referred to as the “Services.” By using the Services, you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.

Use of the Services

NeaMea Helpful Librarian is designed to help users search for, review, organize, and discover information about third-party products, services, resources, or providers. When a user clicks a third-party link or chooses to continue with a provider, the user leaves NeaMea Helpful Librarian and completes the rest of the journey directly with that provider. You agree to use the Services only for lawful, personal, and authorized purposes.

Search, Discovery, and Third-Party Links

NeaMea Helpful Librarian may show, organize, reference, or help users discover third-party products, services, resources, or providers. When you click a third-party link, you leave NeaMea and continue directly with that provider. NeaMea does not complete purchases, sign-ups, applications, returns, refunds, warranties, support requests, or other provider transactions.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt to access accounts or systems without authorization, upload harmful code, interfere with security features, use the Services to violate laws or rights, or submit content that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or intended to harm another person, NeaMea, or the integrity of the Services.

NeaMea may receive compensation when users click, visit, sign up with, or purchase from certain third-party providers after leaving NeaMea. Third-party products, pricing, availability, eligibility, privacy practices, terms, support, refunds, warranties, and customer service are controlled by their respective providers, not by NeaMea.

NeaMea provides search, organization, and discovery support only. We do not guarantee that any third-party product, service, provider, offer, price, availability, approval, outcome, savings, result, or user experience will meet your needs or produce any specific result.

Intellectual Property

The NeaMea name, branding, website content, design, and related materials are owned by NeaMea LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, misuse, sell, or reproduce NeaMea materials without permission.

Service Availability and Changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services from time to time, including search tools, listings, provider references, content, or site features. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, accurate, complete, current, or error-free.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeaMea disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, security, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeaMea LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising out of or related to your use of, reliance on, or inability to use the Services, including any search results, listings, provider references, third-party links, third-party provider information, third-party products or services, or provider-related outcomes. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
